In Good Company: Chico's Cheesecakes builds with Cincinnati Businesses!
Cincinnati, Ohio is the home of Chico’s Cheesecakes. It’s the city my Papa made his own. It’s the city where he, along with my grandmother, raised their family and enjoyed the rest of their days. Cincinnati is ingrained in our family’s legacy and has paved the way for our company to partner with quite a few amazing neighboring small businesses. Recently, Chico’s Cheesecakes has been in good company, all thanks to divine serendipity, a dose of determination and the power of Instagram!
Let's take a trip back to the beginning of this year, shall we? Riling off the momentum of 2020, we began January off with a gorgeous giveaway with the fabulous Kait of Kait’s Kravings (www.kaitskravings.com). In order to enter the “CHEESEKAIT GIVEAWAY”, contestants made their way over to follow both Kait’s Kravings and Chico’s Instagram accounts (Kait 🍓🍴 (@kaitskravings) & Chico's Cheesecakes (@chicos_cheesecakes)) plus wrote a few comments about their favorite flavors of cheesecakes. Extra points to those contestants that shared the giveaway in their stories! When it was all said and done, the lucky winner walked away with an ENTIRE CHEESECAKE from yours truly! Take a peek:
Amazing, right? Endless to say, Kait is such a force of nature! Her spirit along with her work is bold, vivacious and truly contagious. It was such a joy to work alongside Kait on this giveaway. Together, we created a beautiful experience that brought light to our talents and pride to our city of Cincinnati. As things with Kait’s Kravings wrapped up, another Cincy venture was underway here at Chico’s Cheesecakes.

And check this out, Yelp Elites got to grab their cheesecake jars and DIY kits from the restaurant Metropole located in the eccentric 21c Hotel Museum found right in the heart of Downtown! Yelp Elites showed Chico’s Cheesecakes so much love and the virtual cooking show went off without a hitch! Families all across Cincinnati tuned in to create their own versions of our Unicorn Birthday Cheesecake. Check out all these creativity ya’ll!
What a terrific way to end the first month of 2021! And we still weren’t done.
As we all know, February is the month of love and we were gearing up for the holiday that celebrates the lover in all of us: Valentine’s Day! And due to the restrictions of COVID, the idea of spending Valentine’s Day in the comfort of our own homes seemed more probable than ever. So while at home, what’s one thing that could brighten up a day? Packages! Packages filled with anything from local favorites to random knick-knacks from Amazon. So we here at Chico’s Cheesecakes along with a local coffee roastery, Oakley Artisan Roasters (Oakley Artisan Roasters) partnered up and created a Signature Valentine’s Day gift box set that was available for shipping across the United States! In each box, customers received a large red box filled with our delicious cheesecake jars, a bag of freshly ground Organic Columbian coffee courtesy of Oakley Artisan Roasters and their choice of greeting cards designed by local artist collective, Complex Heart (Art Class | See Drye).
These gift boxes, along with all of our deliveries, make their way to the hearts and homes of our customers thanks to a lowkey powerhouse shipping center located in Colerain Township. The Box Place ((1) The Box Place | Facebook) is family owned, overseen by two charismatic ladies and Rob, the man with the plan! The Cincinnati establishment is instrumental in making sure our orders make their way to your homes right on time.
